What areas does Johnson Hospitality Group serve?

Accepted Answer

Johnson Hospitality Group serves Lexington, Louisville, Central Kentucky, and the Red River Gorge region. Our six venues are located in Lexington and the Red River Gorge, and our catering, floral, and rental services are available throughout Central Kentucky and Louisville.

Question 3

What services does Johnson Hospitality Group offer?

Accepted Answer

Johnson Hospitality Group offers six unique venues (Bluegrass Event Collective), two catering options (Bayou Bluegrass Catering and Bluegrass Thyme & Table), professional floral design (Bluegrass Bloom & Event Co.), and comprehensive rentals (Eventful Rentals of the Bluegrass). Each service is priced separately, giving you flexibility to customize your event. Clients who bundle venue + JHG catering receive a reduced venue rate.

Accepted Answer

Our venue collective includes: Limestone Hall (historic + elegant), Copper Roux (bourbon-inspired, rustic-modern), Round Barn – Stable of Memories (iconic with Southern charm), Manchester Reserve (industrial-chic Distillery District), Manchester Music Hall (alternative + live-event energy), and Elderwild at The Gorge (luxury nature destination in Red River Gorge).

Question 5

What is the best wedding venue in Lexington, Kentucky?

Accepted Answer

Johnson Hospitality Group operates six of Central Kentucky's most distinctive wedding venues through Bluegrass Event Collective: The Round Barn Stable of Memories (historic 1882 landmark), Limestone Hall (elegant downtown courthouse), Copper Roux (contemporary bourbon-inspired), Manchester Music Hall (industrial chic), Manchester Reserve (intimate gatherings), and Elderwild at Red River Gorge (nature-forward destination venue). Catering is not automatically included in venue rental fees — it is an additional service. However, clients who choose to book JHG catering (Bayou Bluegrass Catering or Bluegrass Thyme & Table) receive a reduced venue rental rate. You're welcome to use an outside caterer, but the reduced rate applies only when using JHG catering services.

Question 7

Are there indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Across our Johnson Hospitality Group venues, we offer a range of indoor and outdoor ceremony locations to fit your vision. From historic architecture and airy halls to open-air garden-inspired settings and scenic natural backdrops, each venue has distinct spaces that support seasonal flexibility and weather peace-of-mind. Our team can help you select the best ceremony location based on your style, guest count, and time of year.

Question 8

Do your venues accommodate ceremonies and receptions in one location?

Accepted Answer

They do. All JHG venues are designed to host both your ceremony and reception seamlessly in one place. This creates a smooth guest experience and allows couples to transition between events without travel time. Each venue offers multiple distinct spaces or layouts—ideal for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—so your entire celebration can unfold in a single, beautifully coordinated setting.

Do you offer on-site wedding coordinators or planning services?

Yes. Through Bluegrass Bloom & Event Co., we offer a range of wedding planning and coordination services, including full-service planning, design support, and day-of event coordination. Our team works seamlessly with all JHG venues to manage timelines, vendor communication, and setup details so your day feels effortless. Couples can choose the level of support that best fits their needs, and our coordinators ensure every moment is beautifully executed.
