How many guests can Elderwild accommodate?
Elopements are designed for up to 10 guests, micro-weddings accommodate 25 to 50 guests, and full wedding receptions can be arranged for 120 guests.
What is included in an Elderwild wedding venue rental?
Wedding rentals include an onsite venue manager, 5 hours of reception time (plus ceremony if held onsite), 6 hours of pre-event access for setup, and use of bourbon barrels, 8-ft farmhouse tables, and mahogany Chiavari chairs. Clients who book in-house catering also receive linens, table settings, and full setup/cleanup.
What’s included with my corporate or social event rental?
Your Elderwild rental includes an on-site Event Manager, indoor and outdoor event spaces, tables and chairs, and setup of all items included with the venue rental.
If you choose our in-house catering, additional perks include linen napkins, china, silverware, glassware, setup of rental and catering items, plus venue cleaning and trash service.
Is catering included with an Elderwild venue rental?
Catering isn’t automatically included, but booking in-house catering through Bayou Bluegrass Catering or Bluegrass Thyme & Table unlocks a reduced facility rate along with added perks like linens, china, and glassware.
Does Elderwild provide bar service? Can we bring our own alcohol?
On-site bar service is available through Bayou Bluegrass Catering, including hosted bar packages, cash/card bar, and consumption-based options. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages is NOT permitted.
Can I bring in outside vendors at Elderwild?
Yes. While Elderwild offers in-house catering, floral, and coordination options, outside vendors are welcome too.
Does Elderwild offer any accommodations?
Elderwild doesn’t offer any accommodations on-site, however different options are available around the area.
Is there any parking available?
Yes, there a two parking lots, parking lot A and parking lot B located by the ceremony space, for 125 guests.
Can I get ready at Elderwild?
Yes! Elderwild has both a bridal suite and groom’s lounge, so you can get ready right at the venue before your big day begins.
