Copper Roux accommodates 100 to 150 seated guests or up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style event, offering flexibility across different layouts.
What is included in a Copper Roux wedding venue rental?
Wedding rentals include an onsite venue manager, 5 hours of reception time (plus ceremony if held onsite), 6 hours of pre-event access for setup, house audio/visual equipment, and a full set of tables and limewash vineyard chairs for up to 140 guests. Bookings with in-house catering also include floor-length linens, china, silverware, and glassware.
What’s included with my corporate or social event rental?
Your Copper Roux rental includes an on-site Event Manager, full audio/visual capabilities including projection, TVs, microphones and house sound, floor-length linens in assorted colors, tables and chairs, and setup of all items included with the venue rental.
If you choose our in-house catering, additional perks include linen napkins, china, silverware, glassware, setup of rental and catering items, plus venue cleaning and trash service.
Is catering included with a Copper Roux venue rental?
Catering isn’t automatically included, but booking in-house catering through Bayou Bluegrass Catering or Bluegrass Thyme & Table unlocks a reduced facility rate along with added perks like linens, china, and glassware. With our kitchen located right on-site, every meal is served fresh. Additional staff will be added to the final pricing to maintain the buffet, clear tables, and handle trash service during the event.
Does Copper Roux host rehearsal dinners?
Yes. Rehearsal dinner rentals run $1,000 on weekdays and $1,500 on Fridays, including 4 hours of event time, 2 hours of setup access, house audio/visual equipment, linens, table settings, and full setup and cleanup.
Does Copper Roux provide bar service? Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes. Bar services are offered through Bayou Bluegrass Catering, including customizable hosted bar packages, consumption-based packages, and cash/card bar options.Bringing your own alcoholic beverages is NOT permitted.
