You can browse the online shop, add your desired items and quantities to your cart, and submit your contact information, event date and time, and delivery address. A team member will follow up to finalize details and payment.
Can I add rentals to my JHG catering or venue booking?
Yes! If you’ve booked Bayou Bluegrass Catering, Bluegrass Thyme & Table, or a Bluegrass Event Collective venue, you can easily add rentals from Eventful Rentals of the Bluegrass to your existing order. Simply let your Event Manager know what items you’d like to include, and we’ll coordinate everything for you!
Can items be delivered/set up before the day of the event?
Yes. Depending on availability, we may be able to deliver and set up your rental items before your event date. Simply let us know your venue’s access window for delivery and décor setup, and we’ll coordinate the details from there.
Does delivery and setup cost extra?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are available for an additional fee on top of the listed rental prices.
