Tiffany has been part of Johnson Hospitality Group since 2024, bringing a strong background in sales, event planning, and client experience to the team. She oversees the full client journey, ensuring every detail aligns with both the client’s vision and our brand standards. Her day-to-day includes client consultations, proposal development, team coordination, and reviewing event details. With experience ranging from owning her own wedding planning and floral business to managing a rental company, Tiffany brings hands-on knowledge from every side of the industry.

Since 2024, Lacey has managed event details and client relationships, coordinating logistics,  and ensuring events run smoothly. Her passion for events began at a young age through her grandmother, who planned everything from weddings to corporate events and inspired her love for creating meaningful experiences. Over the past eight years, she gained hands-on experience with wedding planning companies across Georgia and Kentucky, leading her to JHG, where she combines her passion for events with sales and client service. Her favorite events to plan are private dinner parties

Casey is a Sales Manager at Johnson Hospitality Group and has been part of the team since 2020, first starting as a bartender before stepping into her full-time sales role in 2022. Over the years, she has developed a passion for helping couples bring their wedding visions to life while making the planning process feel less stressful and more exciting. Her favorite part of working with clients is being able to take some of the pressure off their shoulders and watching the joy that comes with seeing their dream wedding come together. 

Since 2023, John has served as both Event Manager and Sales Manager at Johnson Hospitality Group, working closely with clients to plan and coordinate catering and event details, giving venue tours, and leading the service team during events. After years of bartending and serving in restaurants, he found his place in events at JHG, where he enjoys creating meaningful moments for others. He especially loves planning birthdays and graduations.

Paula joined Johnson Hospitality Group in 2026 as an Event Coordinator and Brand Assistant. Her role combines the creative and operational sides of the business, from maintaining company websites and managing social media accounts to supporting marketing strategies, brand standards, and preparing client contracts. Depending on the event, you can also find her working as an assistant event manager. As a native Spanish speaker, Paula is also happy to assist Spanish-speaking clients in planning their events. 

She joined JHG as an intern in 2024 while completing her Master’s degree and quickly grew into a larger role leading both the planning and floral sides of the business. She loves turning someone’s vision into something even better than they imagined, creating experiences that feel personal and meaningful for clients and their guests. By the time an event arrives, she feels like she truly knows her clients, making it even more rewarding to see everything come together.

Johnny has been part of JHG since 2024. His role focuses on preparing rental orders for each event, confirming details with event managers, and making sure every item is present and delivered on time. One of the biggest challenges in rentals is keeping up with constant updates and changes throughout the planning process, but he stays organized by taking detailed notes, tracking drop-off and pickup times, and checking off completed tasks to make sure nothing gets missed. His attention to detail and commitment to staying ahead of logistics help events run smoothly from start to finish.
